  I've been buying Heroclix on eBay and online for two decades, and while most sellers always come through or put the effort in to make sure the transactions are complete or issues resolved, only a handful go above and beyond from word go to ensure they are at the top of the game selling...er, games! Untapped Games is one such seller! They start off with some of the best single Heroclix prices on eBay, great shipping values, EXCELLENT packaging to protect the clix and ship quick! Highly recommend!

  Order arrived so late that we thought it was lost and the seller had already issued a refund and were gracious enough to let me keep the cards and refund after they showed up around two weeks late (wasn't the seller's fault) they were well packed and as advertised, usps just dropped the ball on this one.

  Items arrived on time and described! One of my packages ordered from untappedgames got lost in the mail. They refunded me the money right away! When the items were found by USPS, untapped allowed me to keep the cards. I highly recommend untappedgames! Their customer service is outstanding!
