  The item was fine. It arrived in good condition. But it was the wrong size. I attempted to send it back for a refund but the seller kept refusing to take it. I asked 6 different times and he kept saying no and that he would issue me up to a 15% refund. I want the 100% refund advertised by ebay. The item had never been taken out of its wrapping, was in perfect condition and was wrapped very carefully for return shipping. I use Amazon all the time with no problems. I will not use ebay again.

  Great price! Unfortunately the package was destroyed and the package had been retaped on every side and the rain guards were smashed to pieces. Contacted seller waiting to hear back. Fast shipping

  Item arrived broken in 2 places and beyond repair due to poor packing. Seller insisted fpr a week that I should try to repair it locally for a measly 10% refund, later increasing their offer. I kept insisting on the return and they finally agreed after 7 days. Took forever w lots of back and forth. I tried to purchase another identical one but again had the same issue, but that's another feedback. Do not buy from this Chinese retailer. Poor quality, poor communication even worse customer service
