    The Dutch Army Hooped Bivy arrived in a lesser condition than described. However, after reaching out to GoMilitar regarding the situation, the seller was extremely quick to respond, easy to deal with and very fair in their attempt to remedy the problem. I do believe the discrepancy in condition was an honest oversight on the part of GoMilitar and based on their exceptional customer service, I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

    The mug in the kit didn't have the handle attached. It seemed like the glue didn't hold. I had the greatest customer experience I think I've ever had. Great communication. Seller offered 40% discount for the defective mug, or to send me a new unit. I stated the cost of sending me a new one with shipped would be too expensive, so I took the discount and repaired it myself. Incredible customer service. Highly recommend this seller!!
