  Customer stated this item was new it was not new and not in the original box. Ask for a refund through message seller didn’t ever reply they just denied without any communication. Will be filing a claim on PayPal

  It was stated it was a new part , wich it wasn’t had 2 bent fins with Grease and wear on tabs of inner rotor.messaged seller told him this & sent pics. He stated it was new and must be oil from factory.the auction stated no returns and he never answered my second message.I’ve been a maintenance mechanic for 28 yrs. I know used parts when I see them. It’s sad people have take advantage of people to Make a buck.very displeased!!
