  Overall I can't fault the seller who was excellent and I highly recommend him. However, there were significant problems with the courier (UPS). Firstly, they charged import duties of £70 when the listing stated these were included. However, I contacted the seller who was very apologetic and said they had experienced problems with UPS doing this. He asked me to pay UPS and then he immediately refunded me. Secondly, further problems experienced with UPS delaying the delivery day by day for a week.

  Excellent service. Fast reply to questions. All shipping and taxes were included in the price and they were still roughly half the cost of buying wheels from my local Suzuki dealer. UPS did charge the import fee but this was quickly refunded by Tunershop-eu. They said it was an issue they were having with UPS in the UK and should not have been charged. Top quality wheels too. Would definitely use again.

  A causa della tempistica elevata, comunicata dal venditore, ho fatto richiesta di annullamento dell'ordine, in quanto, nel frattempo, avevo già provveduto ad effettuare l'acquisto altrove. Il giorno dopo la mia richiesta, il venditore mi comunica che ha trovato un altro fornitore, ma gli ripeto di annullare l'ordine. Entrambi i miei messaggi sono stati ignorati e, dopo circa una settimana, è arrivato il pacco, che ho dovuto restituire a mie spese. Venditore molto molto scorretto.
