  Item arrived promptly and was described as new, however there were multiple scratches and dings on it, so better described as used. It still works fine so far. The packaging was ok.

  The item page had somewhat confusing info. Pictures showed a Bluetooth version of the controller while some parts of the info omitted Bluetooth compatibility. Which led me to believe I had bought the wrong item by mistake. It was already on its way so seller couldn't cancel, but they assured me I was getting the Bluetooth version as seen in the picture and they were absolutely right. The item arrived well-packed and in great condition!
