  The package was delivered quickly. The trailer hitch was in pristine condition for the box it came in being damaged in transit. The seller was very responsive regarding my questions and also receptive to my message about the damaged packaging. This item was very reasonably priced and it constructed well.

  Seller is great! I was watching tracking and it showed FedEx damaged my item and was shipping it back to sender, I messaged the seller and they shipped another one out right away, 2 days before they received the damaged one. Thank you!!

  Fast shipping, no issues other than a bracket that holds the box to the fender was missing. Called Rough country and they’re sending a new one. Customer support was helpful when I got 1 or 2 packages and 1 being the filter bag. They informed me there was a box with the rest and they’re sending weren’t sure why the bag was sent separately.

  Very pleased with this company my vehicle broke down the day before I received my trailer hitch receiver, so I sold the vehicle because it wasn’t worth putting any more money into it.I had asked them if they would take it back and they did and gave me a full refund. Couldn’t ask for a better company if I ever need a parts from them again I would not hesitate to buy from them

  I ordered a trailer hitch for a 2025 Murano Platinum. I checked multiple sites to ensure this was the correct one, but shortly after the order, I read details on the manufactures website that this was the wrong hitch for this 2025 model and trim and another one should be used. I tried to contact the vendor, but it already shipped. Once received I started the return process and it was shipped back for a full refund at no cost. I'm very happy with this seller and will use them in the future.
