  One of my items arrived damaged during shipping. The seller packaged everything well and blasted the box with ”fragile” stickers but they obviously didn’t handle the package with care. I sent the seller a message explaining what happened he responded with in minutes. I was surprised! He was very kind, apologetic and refunded me immediately. Top tier customer service!!I It wasn’t his fault but took responsibility!! I highly recommend doing business with him.

  Shipping took a bit longer than expected but the carrier said it would as the weather has been dangerous. Packaged well. Thankfully it came with the cord which I didn’t know it would! Looks just like the pictures and for the price I got it at, I’m not complaining at all! Very happy with my purchase—great seller!

  This seller is polite, honest, quick response and very professional. I am satisfied with my purchase. There was a defect that this seller didn't notice during inventory inspection, thus that was not mentioned on listing. However when I contacted the seller and mentioned that with photos, this seller responded very quickly , and offered either return or partial refund for me. Overall I am very satisfied with this seller and my purchase. Thank you.

  This seller is awesome! Received Knowing Perfume as described, fast shipping and great packaging. No damage. When seller learned I am an animal rescuer she even included nice gifts for my fur kids. Seller communicates very well and responds very fast. It's a relief to deal with a reliable seller! My purchase could not of been smoother and worry free. Highly recommend.

  Item did not match description contacted Seller and got a positive response immediately. Got a full refund, on item and shipped original item back to Seller. Good communication throughout the process. Would buy from this Seller again.
