  Excellent customer service! Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had as a buyer. The part is top quality, brand new, great value, looks great. They shipped the product within a day of me ordering it, and the shipping was going according to schedule, until the UPS facility in Arlington lost the package. I message the seller, who then opened a claim and offered to send another package if the original was not found. After 2 days they went ahead and expedited the shipping. Highly recommend!!

  Items as described and packed in a cardboard box for protection. It shipped 2 days after I paid, seller sent it UPS Express to make up for the delay. I'm satisfied with this transaction and will use them again. Thank you.

  I cancelled the order five minutes after placing the order and 4 days later they rejected my cancellation and shipped it anyway now I have to go through the hassle to return it cause I have already ordered the same part for another seller for five dollars cheaper... Will not do business with this seller again

  Bad seller. Seller promised a genuine ford part. Has pictures of the parts being in a Ford box. What you get is a box from a transmission parts dealer out of California with no idication it's a legit ford part. It even has the part numbers ground off of the part itself. Seller can provide no proof its a genuine part. Their response is trust me. Will not order from seller again.

  Same issue we just had with another guy. The part you received was 100% genuine. As part of a supply chain, some parts arrive with identifying numbers removed to comply with distribution agreements. While the packaging may differ from what’s seen at a dealership, the part is identical. These parts are intended for professionals who understand the distinction. We processed your return and we have made a change to include a note with these connector plates in the future.
