  The shipping cost was very reasonable, with the item arriving prior to the date promised. The packaging was so as to prevent or at least minimalize the possibility of loss in transit.   Fine bunting. Great price. Super seller. Arrived well packaged one week after ordering. I want to thank this seller for his patience with me as I ordered other bunting and was disappointed with what I received. Over the course of quite a few messages we were able to arrange for the return of my first order and then placed the order for this item, which is even better than I imagined. I couldn't be happier.

  At 1st I got the wrong flag, but can see why the mix up happened (packaging. I got the correct flag today and they even sent the mailer and return label at no extra cost. I feel I got a good value fory flag and the condition was new as stated. Communication was prompt and they made sure both sides understood each other. The quality is superb. No tears or holes in the flag either. I still give them 5 stars

  My order arrived with heavy shipping carton and heavily damage flags. I contacted the seller about the damage issue. They responded to my issue at the speed of light and sent out another set of flags. A very HONEST seller that cares about buyer's concerns. You can buy with confidence from this seller.   Quality was ok but appearance was terrible because so munch ink distortion through out the whole flag, that it didn’t resemble the advertised picture of it! Condition was new in factory sealed package. Price was good if only it would have been as the advertised image. So no I wouldn’t recommend this product for that reason. But I would still recommend this Seller! Because I reached out and sent them pictures and they responded back. They also provided a paid return label and refunded my money.
