  The first package never arrived, however the sellers were quick to send a replacement and very communicative throughout the process. The item is not yet installed but came in reputable packaging and appears as pictured. New bolts came with it as well as The Oring seals which makes this a good value replacement in my opinion.

  Everything is as stated. There was some confusion as to the shipping method, due to the information was in another language. These people were responsive, patient , and willing to do do whatever it took to get my parts delivered! I had a great experience and highly recommend them! Thank you Ruby! A++ seller! Brand new motor and tranny mounts, great for the money, looks good, quality unknown as they have not been installed and used yet, but hopeful based on responsiveness of the company!

  The item came as described and works well, but it arrived 2 days later than the advertised delivery date, also, the tracking number didn't work which led to contacting the seller who responded quickly and was ready to refund/replace the item. Good ebayers, lousy delivery and tracking service.

  Excellent seller and communication. Part arrived quickly from US location and appearance is new and high quality. Price was similar to other listings and appearance is brand new and matchd exactly like my OEM part that failed. I had a slight difficulty pushing on the connector, but once snapped into place, it was secure. I contacted seller and received a response right away. I recommend this seller and would purchase from then again in the future.

  So I received my first part and it was just an empty box. I don't know if it was shipped that way or if the USPS messed it up. The box was taped together and not packaged well. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me out a replacement part. The quality of the part seems to be great for the money. It is substantially less that the factory part and it appears to be a quality part. It installed great and everything seems to work as it should. Thank you for the great customer service.

  Item was purchased as new. Seller communication was excellent with Seller reaching out to confirm fit before shipping, and then following up after delivery. Item was delivered timely and was exactly as described. Install was straight forward, fit was right on, and they are functioning as contemplated. I would happily purchase from this Seller again.
