    An excellent quality product at an excellent price point. As advertised condition was truly "New in Box". There was a small snag with a malfunctioning component, but the seller stepped and addressed it immediately with a speedy replacement!     The Panasonic network camera that I had received was exactly as described and it works flawlessly for my application. The seller did an excellent job packing the camera to protect it during transit and the item arrived on time via UPS. Even though the camera was pre-owned, all the original Panasonic parts needed to successfully install the camera were included.
