    The front button control board was well protected in the packaging it was mailed in. It was late arriving. I don’t know if it was the mail service or why it was late. The item was advertised as new and it appears to be so. I installed it minutes after it arrived and it worked. So I am pleased with the item. The value was good.

    We had ordered 2 exact toilets direct from Dometic and both came in broken. We resorted to tracking one down on ebay and were SO GRATEFUL!! This company packaged this very expensive toilet so well and carefully, it was in perfect, beautiful shape with no cracks or damage, pricing was more than fair, excellent communication and quality service. I would give 10 stars if it would let me! We will most definitely use this seller again! A++++++++

    The post office screwed up the process so badly. Thanks to the Seller for their excellent communication all during the postal service flub up. I was kept informed. Great customer service

    Has to cancel my order as I accidentally ordered the wrong part. Seller was more than understanding provided a full refund and it was my fault for ordering the wrong hose that was clearly listed as the item I didn't need. Would recommend buying from this seller

    The vendor, Tim's RV is GREAT and the goods sold are of excellent quality. However, E-Bay shipping services are catastrophic, the goods took 2 months to arrive and the shipping costs were exagerated. E-bay needsto fix this serious problem that damages the vendors reputation and frustrates the buyer.

    8 days past original delivery date. Absurd repeated text messages updating delivery times multiple times per day. Package out for delivery today! Package delayed and now to be delivered a week late.NOW PACKAGE IS STILL AT SELLER FACILITY. Have had to cancel several sailing events as this is a part for a catamaran. Never again. on time delivery is the gold standard. Either ship with a reliable carrier or do not guarantee shipment. Livid.
