The seller clearly took great care to protect it during shipping; the box and wrapping kept everything safe and secure. The Seiko Presage arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described.     Simply impressed , item arrived packaged well for long trip from US to Australia. Communication and tracking second to none even after I contacted seller as to the many destinations to make its way here . Very well explained and in plain English . Item itself exactly as described, very impressive. Would definitely recommend and buy again from this seller .

    Item was shipped very quickly. It was brand new, open box, with tags, just as described. Original box had slight damage, that's was the only non perfect thing and that's a non issue. Watch was in perfect condition, still had plastic and tape surrounding it. Good value. Pretty watch. I recommend this seller

    Initially I didn’t receive the watch I ordered. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive-mailed the correct watch as soon as they received my return. Unfortunately USPS delayed shipping (not the seller’s fault) but I eventually received the watch I ordered and it is as described and seems to be working well. I will order from them again, hopefully with a smoother transaction.
