So I can say with confidence that all the DVDs/Blu-Rays will look Like New... just that the case/cover might have some wear. That is also why we post pics. :)
Manga is also something we are careful with. We will clearly mark 'Ex-Library' if appropriate. Generally, Manga is in Very Good to Like New condition. While we are not a professional graders, we do try be best to represent the item clearly.
