  item arrived 1 day earlier than expected (that was some super-quick shipping!), and extremely well packaged inside an air pillow -- the laptop itself was exactly as described, and in near-mint condition... this seller is definitely worthy of their Premium Service badge -- thank you for your amazing service!

  Laptop arrived securely packaged. Working absolutely fine and as described. Only issue i found was that the charger did not work but on communicating this, a new one was sent out the same day with an apology. Fantastic service and great value. I would happily purchase from The Tech Saver again.

  I got the wrong end of the stick when I thought my £400 laptop had been delivered to a strange man with no address given, but I was totally wrong and the customer service was patient and helpful. Item is as described, packaging was good and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again

  Arrived a lot faster than the quoted delivery time, which pleased me. The Thinkpad was exactly as described, initial appraisal of the condition and overall confirmed the sellers description. It performs as expected, that’s about enthusiastic as I can be, about a laptop, it is in good condition and presents reasonable value for money. I’m more impressed by the seller and how quick it was despatched. There’s plenty of laptops out there, how many excellent sellers are there?

  Good Comms before buying Good packaging arrived on time Royal mail should of posted a note where they left package had to text Mrs let her know. item as described good value I been using it few days now no problems and using this laptop writing this everything working well. many thanks replacing my 13y hp laptop AAA+
