    They have been great at communicating and getting answers. The server was extremely well packed even FedEx tossing the box around there was virtually nothing wrong with the unit (slightly bent PSU release where box was caved) definitely suggest working with these guys

    Received the item as described and on time. Tested and determined to be in perfect working order. The Item appears clean and in near-new condition with no blemishes visible when held at arm's length. Packing materials used ensured that the item would arrive at it's destination undamaged.     Excellent communication. Answered all my questions before I decided to purchase. Fast shipping. Seller included UPS Home Delivery. Spotless handling. Seller packaged the server very carefully and safely and the item reached its destination without issues. Highly recommended.

    The item arrived quickly and as described. Everything was super clean and included all of the drive trays and 2 SAS cables as pictured and claimed. The packaging was great with ample smart foam to protect it. All of the connectors on the backplane power supplies work correctly. The drive trays were missing 3 of the dummy drive inserts that typically come with them, but since I'm using more drives than that and they would've had to be removed anyway, that was not an issue. Great Seller!

    The server arrived extremely well packaged, and in excellent condition. It powered on, and it was exactly as described. I loaded Unraid on it and plan to use it for many small hobby projects. Very thrilled with my purchase, the price, and the promptness of shipping. Would happily do business again with this seller, and I may likely do business again to buy more RAM for my new server.

    The Dell R640 I ordered came exactly as I configured and looks like all firmware is up to date out of the box! I would highly recommend this seller for any of your server needs! The shipping to Canada wasn't cheap but the server will pay for itself in no time compared to renting a bare metal from a provider online! This was my first personal server purchase and I will definitely be looking at this seller again if I ever need another server in the future! The build and shipping was quick as well!
