  The pump came quickly & advertised. This is a real pro shop. The pump was well protected & the box was clean & unmarked. They even added a card how to contact them if I had problem or questions during instalation. Well done! I would order from them again. Thanks

  Exactly as described...Great product at a great price...Great communication. Shipping really sucks but not the fault of the seller. It all lies on USPS. They kept shipping it from warehouse to warehouse and some in the same state and then they would hold it for a couple of days and ship it some where else. The seller was more than happy to re-ship or refund but since i was not in a hurry we waited and it finally arrived about 6 days after the day it was suppose to arrive.

  Absolutely unique and fantastic experience! Not only was this the only listing that actually had model numbers matching my engine model- but their customer service team responded instantly upon the package coming in bent (not their fault at all) and offered remediation that was super satisfactory for both parties! Don’t buy your parts anywhere else.

  Took a long time to get the package. A mix up with the shipping company. Seller gave me a refund. Package arrived a couple of days later. I still needed the item and sent a message to the seller offering to pay for it. The seller said for me to keep the item and did not charge me. I think the seller went above and beyond by doing this. It was the shipping company's fault Not the seller. Thank you. I appreciate everything.

  I wanted to make special feedback for this company. I bought the pump for my pressure washer, and it fit and was exactly as it was described. I did have a problem with the pump which they helped to diagnose. Because we could not get it going, they went the extra mile and sent me a new pump. Their customer service is exceptional with Shauna. Great price and fast delivery.

  What [my Dad] needed. There was an issue with shipping - ATL USPS, not the Seller - and when I reached out after hours, I got an 'instant' (as soon as they opened for business the next day) response. Exact quality, condition, appearance as described and as needed. Great value!
