    I received the item as described,but unfortunately the packaging had creases on one side of the box,being an inbox collector this was upsetting, I contacted the company requested a partial refund because the box wasn't in mint condition, they were very receptive and gave a partial refund as requested, reputable business! I definitely recommend this company!

    This product was great, brand new, arrived exactly how it was supposed to. This was my second ebay purchase for the same item after having a disgusting 1st experience with another seller sending me a damaged bag and being awful about the return and refusing it and accusing me of insane things. I was looking for this specific backpack for my son and I am so glad the second go around with this seller here was amazing. Restored my faith in customer service and small business owners.
