We are based in the UK and ship orders worldwide 5 days a week Monday to Friday. We also have a retail store open 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Saturday. If you follow our store on eBay, you will see our varied selection of items, we carry many out of production pieces along with current ranges as well. If you're looking to sell or trade some of your own miniatures, whether it’s a selection of Snotlings or a complete set of real medieval armour (yep we bought that too), no collection is too big or small, so feel free to get in contact.     Great seller, item exactly as pictured and the shipping from UK to Canada was timely. Packaging for the books was sufficient and every book arrived without damage. Seller was able to combine shipping to safe me a few bucks, good value!

    Arrived perfectly as described, mint condition! Excellent value and entirely happy with the purchase. Packaging was ample protection for the product, and arrived with no damages. Postage was expedient and arrive with no issues. All in all perfect all-round. Can't wait to get some bases and start working on them!

    Everything was exactly as described in the item's listing. The seller even provided me with additional images of the model when I requested them, and the item was shipped on the same day I paid for my order. The packaging was solid and the model arrived intact, which is quite rare for resin miniatures. Excellent communication and top-notch service!
