  The seller was super cooperative. I made a request that the book be mailed asap as I wanted to read it over the few days I had off. She was able to get it into shipment that day, when she could have easily processed it the next day. That was most appreciative. The book was just as described, actually it was better than expected and it also saved me money being able to purchase on Ebay. Seller gets 5 stars in my book. Thanks!

  The audiobook box was smashed I believe during shipping but the cd's were okay and played just fine. I wish the seller had done a better job of packing since I purchased the pictured/described item so I could display the audiobook in my bookcase where I store my beloved audiobook collection.

  I am sorry you are unhappy. The photos show creases in the box. I wrapped it in bubble wrap and put it in a bubble wrap envlelope. I will issue you a full refund. I will cover the shipping costs as well.
