  Item was listed as new but had a pretty significant scratch across the front of the slipcover. I contacted the seller and included a picture, explaining the situation. The seller promptly initiated a return, and I sent the item back. Thus, I am leaving positive feedback in this case. The seller displayed good communication and quickly did the right thing.

  The package was as described, it arrived at good timing, the packaging was secured, nothing was damaged expected for the scribbled one the top corner but it’s no problem at all. If I ever sell it I might good value.
