  Excellent transaction and communication with the Seller, The product was accurately represented and offered at a fair price. It was a pleasure doing business with "Bobbie" our contact and Seller. Packaging was strong and insured a safe arrival and the item shipped fast. Overall experience was awesome and the decoy I bought was in perfect shape and very beautiful. Check out the photos.

  Arrived quickly and well packed. Unfortunately the side of the box apparently had been ripped off in shipping however, everything was intact. Great seller, great shipping, as described.

  My compliments to The Displaced Victorian. This shipment was lost due to the postal service. This seller did everything in their power to locate and remedy the circumstance to no avail. She refunded the entire charge with no hassle. This is how a great eBayer resolves an issue. Nice job!! I will look to buy from you again.

  Item was not as described. Stool was broken in pieces and a piece was broken on the the piano. The way the pieces were bubble wrapped, I don't see how they were damaged in shipping. They had to be broken when Seller packaged them before shipping. Contacted seller and this was her part of her response "From your photos it looks like the stool and the piano can be put back together. Is that correct?" I would not buy from this seller again.

  JUST WHY would you give me negative? I immediately responded to your message. I just wanted to know if you thought the item could be repaired. I also stated that I wanted you to be happy with your purchase and my customer service. You didn't give me any chance to rectify the issue. I WOULD NEVER send a broken item. You can see in the many photos all was perfect. I wanted to make this right for you but you never gave me the chance. PLEASE, PLEASE revise this negative! It stays for a year!

  The product was packaged super well and no breakage of a fine thin crystal Beautiful Iced Tea Glass. The seller did a great job with packaging. The shipper shipped the product immediately and not due to the Sellers fault. The Crystal Iced Tea Glass took a tour of the USA making the arrival of the glass late but again this was UPS s fault and not due to the Seller who shipped the product out immediately.
