  Excellent seller! I originally bought this DVD back in February but never received them. Seller promptly refunded the cost and that was that. Today, April 21, the DVD’s showed up in the mail. No postage mark on the package so I don’t know where they have been. Contacted the seller and the problem was rapidly taken care of. Very happy to have made this purchase and to have found an awesome seller.

  A version of his item was mailed promptly as part of many other similar items, arrived by the anticipated delivery date, and was exactly as described. Item was securely packaged and, as a result, was undamaged during shipment. However, the version that was sent was not in the form that the seller guaranteed. Buyer appreciated the seller's prompt correction of this issue, once notified, by sending the expected version at no extra charge, as well as the communications about its status.

  Excellent seller! Fast shipping. Cost is well worth getting the books in categories and burned to DVD/CD. Full print on the disk for easy identification. Arrived in sleeves and packed together if ordered in groups. Great time saver for collections of older information.
