    Seller shipped the product in a different box, said bowls and lids.I didnt open the box because i thought it was the wrong product.when the seller contacted me and informed me that they reuse other boxes for shipping.i opened it up and it was everything they said it was.i think the seller should have said upfront that they reuse boxes for shipping and this would have been avoided

    GREAT seller!! Factory packaged this item missing parts; contacted seller about the issue and he responded immediately saying he would send out a replacement.     The item was in original package and not used. The seller contacted me next day to say fireman was sent and is on its way. The firetruck was delivered early, within a few days! The fireman took over a week. As it turns out, the truck driver and passenger doors do not open. I sent the truck. Communication with Seller was great.

    I reached out to Big L with just a general question and literally within an hour or so I received a reply back, great way to start off. I was able to get a direct answer to my question and its nice since I had a busy morning. I also informed Big L that I was not able to purchase two heaters and again within hours Big L added another heater so I could purchase two, now that's customer service. Once I placed my order I received updates and my two heaters showed up a day early. GREAT SERVICE!!!
