  The seller was excellent, but the carrier was awful. They said coming Tuesday, waited in all day as had to be signed for. Didn’t arrive. Spoke to seller who came back promptly to say it would be delivered Thursday, got a text from “DX” the carrier to confirm and say 14.35 to 16.35 delivery. It arrived 17.45. The battery had been tipped up-side-down all the acid was in the containment bag. Package VERY clearly marked not to invert! Seller immediately shipped replacement with different carrier!

  excellent panel from victron and supplier. very competitive price. i recommend this seller. all was good seller end. on the downside FedEx tried everything to destroy my order leaving it dented on sides also a bit surprised there was no protection on corners or front glass of panel in box something i feel should be standard as it is on cheaper versions. however it survived being in FedEx possession for 2 days at Durham facility/delivery exception(???)

  What an absolutely wonderful company to deal with, we recieved the wrong batteries gave them a call and they sent the right ones out by next day delivery which we now have . I can't say enough about this wonderful company they are so easy to deal with I will definitely be using them again .

  Ordered pair batteries for my lorry on Monday morning. Delivery on Tuesday 1.30pm. Excellent service . Was kept informed with delivery driver . Will certainly recommend . A1++++

  Received the battery which was very well-packed in pristine condition - obviously a brand new item, and as advertised. I haven’t fitted it to my vehicle yet but I’ve no reason to think it won’t do the job intended. Price was good considering the cost of agri batteries which tend to be very expensive. I’d buy again without hesitation from this seller.
