    I cannot rate this item, per se. Item appears exactly as described and brand new. Turns out that the problem I had giving me the reason to purchase this was corrected by the appliance fairies minutes after purchasing. Seller is professional and shipping was surprisingly FAST. Will keep an eye on seller and use again if need be.

    Rheem limit it switch wasn’t available and seller immediately requested that I request cancellation of the order as there would be an unknown delivery delay. Good pricing and very happy with seller communication, thank you.

    Blower motor arrived damaged ,seller made me do all the claim filing and then wanted me to wait several days to even tell me when replacement would ship. Worst experience I ever had with any seller on EBAY. True they didn't damage it but The vendor they hired "FEDEX" did it. I should have called with the pics and heard " sorry Mr. customer ,we will get anther on the way. All I HEARD WAS ABOUT THEIR POLICY AS IF THAT MATTERS TO ME.

Try as we might to protect our products from the rigors of shipping, there are still times when items get damaged due to negligent carriers. Yes, we ask that our customers fill out a claim form to have a paper trail of their claim. We apologize if you found this process to be inconvenient but it allows us to keep all cases organized and be more efficient.
