  What a fantastic quality item. Item delivered within 48hrs of ordering. All packaged in totally original Samsung livery. Didn't even look like it had ever been opened, even though advertised as "open box,never used" Absolute brilliant, great seller, kept in contact from placing order,to delivery.   Great item, quickly delivered for our son. Was really pleased to see that it was as on the Open Box unused grade A description, it appeared to have been opened only - cable and computer were still in their wrapping. There was the teeny tiniest mark on the lid- the size of a pin mark, so if that's why it had been returned then lucky us! Not used yet, as this is a present but a great deal for great specs with fast delivery and communication from this company. Very impressed.

  Hi there received the computer today, didn't open it until the day after. It was well packaged no damage in perfect condition. When I opened the box I was amazed at the condition it looks perfect. Would rate this company on my experience with a 5 star plus, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them their standards are high and service was excellent.   Laptop was packaged very well. Condition is pristine. No scratches or dents. It looks brand new. Exactly as described. Got it on sale and further discounted with a coupon so well worth the money.
