  Beautiful light! Was brand new in original sealed box. Seller was great! Answered all my questions. Got back to me straight away. They don’t have this item available in Canada, and I still felt the price and shipping was a good value. Philips Hue makes a quality product that works seamlessly with Google and great addition to my smart home. Product came quickly! Thanks Tech Rabbit!

  Purchased twice from this seller. Both the original order and replacement were destroyed in shipping due to inadequate packaging. I reached out to the seller after the first requesting an exchange. They instead made me go through an arduous return process. I then made abundantly clear that I needed my replacement order packaged properly and was finally told that the request had been relayed, however, the replacement package was worse than the first - no packaging, box flattened in shipping.

  Arrived in good shape and in its' orginial packaging. So happy with the way it looks on my oak desk and happy I got it for a decent price. Philips is a reliable brand but it can be tough collecting these lights so this was a good deal. Item was in good condition. Would recommend this seller and purchase from them again.

  This item came exactly as expected. I haven't bought from eBay in a long time and this seller had alleviated all my concerns of bidding to get a product. Even after much back and forth discussion, I purchased two items and USPS lost my package. This seller was kind enough to help get them to locate the package and the overall experience with the Tech Rabbit has been wonderful. I plan to buy more from them in the future since they have such large selection of items for sale.
