  I was charged for the right product I requested for BUT was sold another product which is of a lesser price and the seller is insensitive to my concern even after raising it. It couldn't have by a mistake. It was deliberate. I have attached a picture of what I ordered and paid for. The seller deliberately sold a different product that is even of a lesser price, and have ignored my concern.

  Wonderful product, terrible seller. Dispatched it two days AFTER it was supposed to arrive. Did not reply a single message.

  The item sent was actually wrong, but positive feedback is for how well tech-plus dealt with that. They replied to my email within minutes, and fully refunded with no quibble and no return necessary when I sent them proof of mistake by photo. Excellent customer service.
