    The laptop arrived well-packed and even better than described. It has a touchscreen, which was not advertised, and it was a nice bonus. It's in like-new condition for a reasonable price. Everything is perfect, I can recommend the seller.

    Great eBay Seller ... I scored a deal here as other Optiplex 7000's were selling for 3 times as much from other eBay Sellers! Shipping was very reasonable & the Unit was packaged adequately. Everything listed in the ad was as described. I'm a very happy Customer!

    Good price at auction. Accurate description and very prompt shipping. Everything worked, the packaging for shipping was all bubble wrap, no foam so the packaging wasn't ideal, but no hardly done, but this is a very heavy server. Still recommend just wanted to give feedback.

    Laptop is exactly as it was described in the listing. For a large and heavy laptop, the shipping costs were very reasonable. The laptop shipped very quickly. The Seller packed the item very well that allowed it to arrive without incidental issues. The price paid made it a good value. I was able to get the laptop up and running after purchasing an AC adapter, and so far, everything is going okay. Overall, I must give Techno Rescue 5 stars, thanks!

    Great seller and item at a good price. Highly recommended and item delivered as advertised. Packaging could have been a little better since the faceplate was cracked during transit.

    This device did not come as advertised. The 512gb ssd was missing. The seller recommended i return the item for a full refund. Unfortunately this would mean searching again for a device to satisfy my needs. The seller did not have an in-stock ssd to send me. Instead after numerous communications, we agreed we agreed on a reduced price and i purchased an ssd myself. This product had the configuration i was looking for and that is why i kept it.
