  1. FIVE STAR RECOMMENDATION. 2. arrived as described but even came with cabling not advertised and very high quality cabling at that. 3. BEST PACKING I'VE EVER SEEN absolutely meticulous. 4. package severely delayed due to Trump tariffs not the fault of the seller. 5. seems like AI may be used in communication which doesn't build confidence, but perhaps the seller is entirely a robot facility doing a FIVE STAR job. 6. I'm thrilled and would buy from this seller again.

  This seller had a spectacular way to package a 24" monitor for mail transport. Even with the box receiving damage, the item arrived in good condition. Communications I would give a 4 because I had to ask many questions more than 2 times to get some answers, but the real test is the item shipped fast and arrived in good condition.

  Item arrived on time but FedEx delivered to the wrong address however seller was very prompt with responding to me when I notified him that I didn’t receive the item but it was finally resolved when I realized that it was delivered to the neighbor. This was not the sellers fault but he was willing to assist. I highly recommend the seller

  Monitor arrived packaged securely inside and without issue. Looks like new and seller negotiated a fair price. Would shop with this seller again.

  Item arrived quickly and was as described at a great price. Seller accidentally shipped the wrong AC adapter with the dock but immediately shipped the correct adapter once the issue was brought to their attention at no additional charge. Excellent seller with excellent customer service, I would highly recommend them!
