    I rec'd my item very quickly.However, it was the wrong item, which was an honest mistake by the seller. I notified the seller & they responded to solve the problem extremely fast.     I’m happy with my purchase. The seller shipped promptly and the USPS proceeded to take the package on an extended tour of the southeastern US for more than a month. Not the seller’s fault! I was in touch with the seller about it and I chose to wait it out hoping the package wasn’t lost. It finally arrived in good shape. I would buy from this seller again.

    The Tripp Lite SRW9U enclosed wall-mount rack cabinet arrived in perfect condition. Also the price was excellent; well below normal resale. It was shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging, which protected the cabinet quite well. The packaging includes 1-inch-thick EPS corner blocks that are quite large and protect all 8 corners, and the carton is triple-wall. There is no paint damage that I can see anywhere; it looks perfect! All parts and accessories accounted for. Thank you!
