  Seller did not send the polish I bought. They sent a different color. Whan I notified them of the error, they asked me to send it back. Told them I'd be happy to when they send me the polish I bought. I have not heard from them since. I've sent two other email to tai_anh and no reply. They are on file here at ebay. I will be filing for a refund ASAP. I have lost all trust in this seller.

  I am very disappointed with this transaction. The seller never shipped my order and has not responded to any of my messages since the purchase. This has created a major delay for me, as I rely on this material for my work. The total lack of communication and disregard for the order is very inconsiderate. I am requesting an immediate refund and hope eBay reviews and remove this listing. Thank you.

  Buyer Beware- Poor costumer service! seller kept my money had ebay refund me. Seller started she went on vacation. Who knows? who cares ? Got my ebay guarantee from corporate. Messaged seller several times. No refund sent. Felt totally scammed out of my money took almost 2 weeks for my refund.
