  I ordered 2 plates. They were exactly as described but one of the plates arrived broken. The seller was very gracious and I received an almost instant refund. I very much appreciate the courtesy and consideration for something that was not in the seller's control.

  If this seller were to compete in a Master Packer competition I'd put all my money on him! Bob knows how to pack fine china. My beautiful salad plates are even better than described. The fast and very reasonably priced shipping was a big plus.
