  My switch showed up just as it looked in the picture and had no blemishes or anything. Once it was installed I couldn't tell the difference from the original. I paid about half of what Amazon was asking. The seller sent it right away, too, so it got here about as quick as Amazon. Based on this experience, I'd buy from Switch Doctor again.

  Not knowing for sure if Lexus master switch was truly at the root of my trouble , I messaged seller with question's . Reply was quick and extremely helpful. Ordered the part . Fast delivery condition new . Turns out problem was in electrical connection to switch and not the switch itself. Requested a return label for refund. Label was sent within minutes of request.
