  Quick shipping and very well packaged. They made sure it arrived quickly and safe. The item is exactly as described. Great value for money as well. Immaculately clean, which is always a plus. They forgot to send me the power supply, but a single message to them and they immediately sent it separately. The quick response and willingness to fix things is very confidence inspiring. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

  Shipped fast within 4-5 days. Packaged very securely laptop just as described. Charger wasn't included but communication was excellent and they shipped out the charger at no cost. Good price too! I'll be sure to buy in future when needed.

  Absolutely perfect condition, better than described, well packed, priced right, well photographed on the listing - better than the stock photos HP.com uses on their webpage, I bought on Sunday, it shipped first thing monday AM, arrived Tuesday by 10 AM with zero issues. I will definitely use this seller again! I buy from HP directly and this ebay transaction was smoother than getting the laptop from HP. They've earned my repeat business for my company.

  This was my second laptop purchase from Swing computers and both times shipping was fast and the laptops, I think were better then described! And very well packaged At a very good price! The second laptop did come with a bad charger I contacted them and they promptly responded and shipped me a replacement charger at no charge! I think they are a 5 star seller and I will purchase from them again!!!! Very good service!!!

  Great experience! Price was better than from other stores, shipping was free and very fast (less than a week) and the seller was super responsive when I had multiple questions and thought I had a shipping issue. Product was just as described and I would definitely purchase from the seller again.

  I have been in EBay since its inception and have dealt with all kinds of sellers and this seller is in my too 5! Wow, from descriptions, to communications, to tracking to delivery and the pricing on their items! Item arrived new as advertised! Sony is top quality! It looks amazing installed and best of all, what a major improvement from my older 2013 soundbar and sub! Thank you!
