  Very bad service. No response to your queries whatsoever. I have ordered 2 quantities and paid for 2 items but received only 1 item. Not happy as I have messaged them regarding this and no one is taking h care to reply. Don't use this seller. I need my second item in special delivery or refund the whole cost of products.

  Marked as dispatched but didn’t receive for two weeks until I opened a dispute then it arrived 48hrs later. Clearly forgot, poor service & communication extremely poor. Won’t use again.

  Unfortunately item arrived later than eBay suggested so I wasn't able to use them. However that's partly my fault for ordering so close to when I needed them. The icing toppers were beautiful and just what I'd been looking for, would use this seller again. Thank you.

  Topper arrived on time, wording regarding 'Precut' needs to be looked at. Implies the topper is cut ready for slicing, what I found out is it actually means there is no edge to trim away before adding to cake. Lack of communication and no apologies for miscommunication. Will not buy anything from them again.
