    Took about a week for the item to ship (warehouse was behind), but seller was very quick to respond and very courteous. Item arrived within the Ebay shipping window. Lanterns did not disappoint. Very well packaged. Listing does not disclose glass, but glass panels surround the lower hexagon (which is what I was hoping for, based on the Ebay pics). Well made and beautiful. Using on my screened in deck

    Seller claimed, "brand new, only the box opened with no signs of wear". The guitar arrived and was EXACTLY as described.. Got a great deal on an essentially brand new guitar. Package arrived a little crushed but it was well packed and arrived in Mint condition. It needed a little tweaking to get right, but the guitar is amazing!! Thank you for accepting my best offer that was at the ceiling my wife mandated!! Also appreciate free shipping!

    The microphone, stand and cable are quality products. What wasn't so good was the fact that it took over 2 weeks to get the items delivered. The SELLER's statement on their Contact/Q&A page states items ship within 1 day of paying for the order. A week went by and no change in shipping status (PREPARING SHIPMENT) I sent them an email message. No response in over 24 hours, so I sent them a 2nd email. Still No response. I never received a reply to either of my messages. 1 more week to get items.

    Great item as described at a very good price point. It did take 13 days from purchase date to ship date for some reason - and a couple inquiries. If you are not in a hurry it's a pretty good deal.

    To be honest Ive opened the box and looked at the machine but I haven't actually done anything with it. I was happily surprised when the item came in just three or four days instead of the two weeks originally suggested. The machine was in great condition and securely packaged. So far I'm very pleased.🙂
