  The laptop I ordered arrived very quickly, almost 3 days before the estimated date. It was packaged great and arrived in great condition. They were also very quick to answer my questions before the purchase. The laptop's specs were exactly as listed. Just as described, there are very minor scuffs here and there on the outside, but the screen is in perfect condition, all the keys work, and everything else has been perfect so far. Was well worth the money and I'll be ordering from them again.

  Seller shipped the item immediately and the item was received in good condition and before the promised delivery date. The packaging of the item was also good with bubble wrap protecting the item from in-transit damage. The item received was in new condition and exactly as described by the seller.   The seller provided excellent value for the item and accepted my best offer. Everything was shipped quickly with no delays, and the package arrived within the estimated time frame. The packaging was extremely secure with the item wrapped in bubble wrap packed inside a stiff, well-sealed box. The item was mostly as described, but there were some unexpected issues which the seller quickly help me resolve. The seller provided excellent customer service and responded promptly to every message.

  The laptop arrived well packaged and exactly as described. The quality of this used item is superb, and especially for this price. It was only a little dirty but was easily cleaned. Besides that, it looks great! The seller also has great communication too, and they gladly and concisely answered all the questions I asked them before I bought the item. Definitely a recommended seller!

  extremely fast shipping and tracking, wished they had put in a box since it shipped in original box, which showed what it was, item was as pictured and described with all the parts listed, haven't tried it out though, great price, wonderful seller!

  This machine is a great value for the price. The seller has been helpful and responsive. It's as described, and was described thoroughly so I could decide if it suited my needs before committing. It arrived with an internal padding pack to protect the motherboard and connections in shipping, so arrived in good shape.
