  The item arrived within the three days of the estimated delivery time. The quality of the hat was good for the price paid and was in good condition when unpacked. My only regret was that it was advertised as one size fits all, not true, it buried me, I ended up looking like Freddy Parrot Face Davies. To send it back would be to my expense, which would be about the amount I paid for it, so no doubt I will pass it on to someone else that it might fit. But the hat was good quality for the money.
