They refunded me my refund, but they said that they was going to resend another one to me and I was going to get it on Tuesday, but I did not get anything on Tuesday and I love this product so much because I grow my hair so much and I’m very disappointed. I was a good customer to them, but this is how they treat me. It is OK

The seller won’t even respond to me and it’s been 5 days since I asked about my order status. Service is horrible in my opinion which is frustrating as this seller has really good reviews and that’s why I trusted them.
