  Item was supposed to be delivered within 10 days of purchase brand New; Item arrived with scuff marks, package was opened then resealed, the clothes looked like they were made for something smaller. Seller sent the item without tracking when asked about it they didn't respond, then tracking updated saying item was being shipped from China (shop is in Pennsylvania). Then the shop reached out to me and told me the package was lost no way of tracking and no way of refunding because item is missing.
