    Shipping, packaging and value were great. Unfortunately I found the shoes’ color was not as they looked in the pictures. When I communicated with seller he made a good point that for these shoes, black and dark gray may mean a different color for some (not their exact words), which I agreed. I received a prepaid label and they accepted the shoes. Communication with this seller was a pleasure.

    Shipping was relatively fast item was packaged appropriately for what it was. Upon receipt item was (through no fault of the seller) defective… contacted seller, who was professional & courteous immediately responded working with me to resolve the issue ultimately offering a refund without hassle. I would highly recommend this seller.

    Fast shipping, good packaging, item as described and I got a screamin' as F!!! deal on them. I let the seller know I may return - they are tight-ish. I conditioned them and wore them and I am ok. The seller was cool about the possibility of a return, so much so that I would have paid for the return.

    Very very happy! Shipping was super fast! The boots showed up BETTER than described! The weren’t smashed in a box but shipped in a box the right size! Shipping $ was fair and boots were priced right. Awesome seller!!!
