  The kettle was described as New, which, although the box looked as though it had sustained substantial ‘wear and tear’ the kettle inside looked good - that was until I realised one of the filters was missing. I contacted the seller, who offered a partial refund of £5 so I could purchase a filter. I didn’t want the hassle of returning the item so I am now in the process of finding the appropriate filter. Unfortunately my overall experience has not been a positive one.

  Although the box was little bit broken but inside packing and the toaster was fine. It arrived in a given time. Condition was very good.

  The item arrived damaged and now the supplier will not send a replacement and only offered £50.00 refund from the original £100 It has also cost me £20.00 to send broken item back at their request

  Arrived safe and sound on time. Driver friendly and efficient. 4 hours after opening the box had a finished loaf ready. Very happy with the product
