  This item was listed as fitting a 2009 Suzuki SX 4 but it was no where near being the correct part. However the part was new and in the box and was a nice part. Upon contacting the seller I was very quickly issued a return authorization and a shipping label. Once the seller had the return package I was again quickly issued a full refund. I would definitely do business with this seller again.

  Amazing eBay seller. Item was described perfectly. Well worth the money for this item. Item was delivered very quickly and the sellers communication was awesome. The item was also packed very well I give many props to the awesome seller for the way the item was packaged. I would definitely do business again with this seller.   The item was as described. Despite the item was shipped fast, the post office delivered it 2 weeks late. Seller had really good communication and worked with me to try to make things right. I would buy from this seller again.

  Package of Spark Plugs arrived as scheduled, & as described. Packing could’ve been a little better. No obvious damage noted to individual spark plugs. Unfortunately, USPS isn’t kind to packages they handle. Seller contacted & was very fast to reply & apologize for the way they were packed. Which I believe is good customer service. I'd buy from this seller again. Thank you.

  All around perfect service communication and the service were spot on delivery. Everything was wonderful and perfect. I can appreciate a smooth transaction especially when there’s constant quality communication priced perfectly for what I need.   The Felpro intake manifold gasket set arrived damaged. The rural postal carrier (the worthless USPS) bent in half (folded) the securely packed flat carton. The vendor refunded my money. The vendor DID NOT mark the flat pack as fragile, do not bend, pictures, handle with care-not anything, so the stupid post office had NO way of knowing the package was fragile. So BOTH the vendor and USPS are at fault. I’m not going to leave neutral or negative feedback but I hope the vendor learns a ship lesson.
