  I cannot click onto negative this company refused to issue £126 pound on a second curtain that was ordered by mistake the first curtain arrived cannot complain the second curtain did not leave there company so now they have declined to refund a curtain I cancelled and never received Stay away from theses thieving people

  Great company one speaker didn’t arrive they were very proactive in contacting me back. The speaker turned up when they specified it would very impressed great company. The product is amazing well worth the money.

  Delivery was quick. Item as described and well packaged. There was a fault with the machine and they swiftly arranged collection and replacement machine. Unfortunately the replacement had the same fault so also had to go back. Not the sellers fault but they swiftly dealt with it and offered full refund. 5* customer service. Would recommend.

  It was a brand new item, unfortunately just not properly described on the advert. The firm was excellent and the return and refund was quick. Excellent EBay seller and very friendly to chat to when I queried another advert. Would definitely deal with them again.

  Arrived in a large box and packaging but looks like the item was placed at the bottom of the box with packing on top meaning the item was still subject to travel damage. It arrived ok and some screws are loose, not sure if transport reasons or usage. Turns on ok so should be fine.
