  Very happy with seller's price, packing and communication. RECOMMENDED! But not at all happy with the DHL delivery tracking. Even now, when item arrived a day late, it still shows in ebay as not even posted. Seems DHL data feed into ebay is not reliable. And seems DHL change event timings in their web tracking to make themselves look not quite as bad as they are, e.g. they reported that the item had reached the delivery depot yesterday at 15h00, but now say was not at depot till 06h30 this a.m.!

  Great service and very helpful replied to my query ASAP and was very helpful in making sure that I was price correct part for my vehicle. Price was one of the best around and with free postage you couldn’t go wrong and delivery time was spot on ,so yes I recommend this person/business and will definitely use these guys when ever I need more parts. So my review for them would be these are on top of service/price/quality/postage/delivery and communication everything was as the highest level.*****

  These bolts are spot on. I had to contact Steve due to issues with the delivery. Steve promptly posted after purchase, but good old royal mail decided to loose the delivery. Anyway as I said Steve sorted it ASAP and sent me a new set. They arrived next day. But no more than 30 minutes later royal mail miraculous delivered the original package! I spoke to Steve and he kindly let me keep the original set as a gesture of good will. Great service.

  This seller went above and beyond to double, no, triple check that the drive shaft was correct for my vehicle by contacting the manufacturer to request specific measurements/ dimensions. Excellent communication and customer service, the drive shaft seems of great quality and was of course brand new and great value! Also dispatch and delivery time was much faster than expected. Will definitely use this seller more often.

  Used seller before so was happy to purchase from them again. Product arrived quickly and as described. New and arrived boxed. Should be of equal quality to the last headlamp bought so I don't envisage any problems. Item not unboxed yet.

  Arrived a day late but that's probably down to Royal Mail. Only criticism is I was expecting it to come in a box as shown in the picture. Even had communications with Royal Mail about where to leave it if I wasn't in. It came through the letter box!
