  Wrong item sent even registration number and questions asked before order placed seller assured it would Fitbit sent incorrect item got a refund for the part but not for the next day delivery charge of £10!!

  Product received swiftly and fitted to resolve my Mass Air sensor engine management light issue. Well packaged and in new (if after market) condition. Great communication from seller and really pleased that they took time to check the correct part had been ordered before despatch. Great saving on manufacturer part costs.

  Ordered and paid for the item but didn't realise the plug on the sensor was the wrong one for my car. Contacted the seller and I was refunded without any inconvenience. 5*+ Ebay and I will recommend him without doubt

  Quality item received well packed and in good condition. Unfortunately, eBay used my car details and said this was the correct part for my car, unfortunately that is not the case. Great communication from the seller, late at night and early morning. Has asked me to return item for a refund. 5* for the efforts of the seller

  Brilliant and patient seller. Can not recommend highly enough. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive but worth every penny. And politely explained to me that I ordered the wrong item before sending the correct one and explained what I was doing wrong when I thought I had the wrong one! Thank You
