  Took a few days for the product to actually ship. But once it shipped it arrived very quickly. Took less than a week from order to receiving the package. Item was well packaged and came as described. A++++ Seller.

  Seller was communicative and was kind enough to work with me while navigating a shipping error that was entirely my mistake. They helped me make the changes necessary to ensure I recieved my items. They even adjusted their return window to ensure I had an opportunity to review the items! The games were the exact quality and condition as described. I felt the value was very fairly priced, and everything looked great upon review. Very pleased, and will absolutely buy from this seller again.

  Item was better than described. The shipping was fast and the boxset was packaged with great care, wrapped in plastic and also bubble wrapped, with paper filling in the gaps between the item and the shipping box to stop movement. Each disc also had a layer of thin rubber foam between it and the tray. I'm not sure if the seller put that there or if it's standard on Japanese blu rays, but there were no scratches on any disc. No discs came loose during shipping. Highly recommended!

  I ordered 6 items and I'm very satisfied. All the games work perfectly and came in clean boxes with manuals included. Everything was well protected. The seller answered all my questions clearly and quickly, which helped a lot. The only downside was a slight delay in shipping, so I’m giving 3 stars for delivery. Other than that, everything went smoothly. I recommend this seller and thank them for the great service.

  first of all, seller was so kind and understanding (i felt bad for pestering them), replies quickly so no worries about that! secondly, for used quality, this is really incredible. it’s like they never even touched it!! wrapped great in lots of bubble wrapping, definitely secure and was taken good care of. in conclusion, this was a great buy! please buy from this seller!! they are my favorite so far, with reasonable prices and kind services!

  Quality came as described, condition was good, and it was packed with care. But lack of communication after the initial order until I have to prompt one after over 10 days since purchased. Please if you're having trouble with delivery or shipping, let the buyer know immediately as soon as you can.
